and refunds.

Dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out the next working day.

I send you the tracking number on WhatsApp and email as soon as the parcel is handed over. If you have not heard anything within three working days, message me and I will find it.

Shipping is ₹149 per order anywhere in India, regardless of how many boards are in it. There is no separate handling or packaging charge.

Most metros take two to four working days. Smaller towns and the north east can take up to a week. We do not ship outside India yet.

GST is already included in the board price. Nothing is added at the payment page, and the amount shown before you pay is the amount charged.

Tell me within seven days of delivery. Send a photo or a short video of what it does on power up. If the board is faulty out of the box, you get a replacement or a full refund including both legs of shipping, your choice.

You do not need to prove anything beyond showing me the fault. Boards fail sometimes and that is my problem, not yours.

Six months from delivery against manufacturing defects. That covers components failing on their own, bad solder joints and anything that was wrong when it left here.

It does not cover reverse polarity, a shorted motor lead, a crash, or a rail fed the wrong voltage. If I think that is what happened I will tell you plainly and show you what on the board says so. If it is genuinely unclear, you get the benefit of the doubt.

Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, no reason needed. Message me and it is done the same day.

After delivery, an unused board in its original condition can be returned within seven days. Refund is the board price; return shipping is yours unless the board was faulty.

A board with motor leads soldered to it is not returnable, since I cannot sell it again. That is not a technicality I hide in small print, so please be sure before you solder.

Money goes back on the same payment method within two working days of the cancellation, or of the board reaching me.

Once raised, banks take three to seven working days to show it. That part is out of my hands, but I will send you the refund reference so you can chase your bank with something concrete.

The stock count on the product page is a real number that I update by hand as parcels go out.

If the shelf empties while you are paying, I message you the same day with a date, and you can have your money straight back.
